Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all service agreements concerning winter services and year-round facility maintenance executed between RM GLOBAL Gebäudedienste GmbH (hereinafter the Contractor) and its contractual partners (hereinafter the Client).

Scope of Services

The exact scope of the services to be performed, including specific areas to be cleared and gritted, is set out in each individual service contract. All operations are executed in accordance with the municipal street cleaning regulations of the respective cities.
