What exactly is included in the monthly flat rate?

The monthly flat rate covers all snow removal and gritting deployments at your property throughout the winter season (October/November to March). There are no additional per-visit charges — regardless of how many times we have to come out. The exact scope (which surfaces, earliest deployment time, type of grit, etc.) is individually agreed in the contract.

What happens if someone slips on my property?

Once you have a contract with us, we take over the legal duty of care (Verkehrssicherungspflicht) for the areas defined in the agreement. This means all legal claims arising from accidents on the surfaces we maintain are handled through our €10 million liability insurance — you as the owner or manager are released from liability. We document every deployment, so in the event of a claim there is a complete, timestamped record of all our activities.

When does the winter season start and end?

The standard season begins — depending on your agreement — on October 1 or November 1 and ends on March 31. If there is an unusually early or late winter, we can adjust the dates flexibly. For year-round service (leaf removal, cleaning, grounds care), we seamlessly extend the contract from April through October.

Do you also serve private homeowners?

Yes, absolutely. We serve both private clients (houses, row houses) and large commercial properties. For private homeowners we clear sidewalks, driveways, and front paths.
